A research team studied 10 favorite festive films and found that Father Chrismas has a dangerously high BMI, especially for a man of his years and height.
The fattest Santa appears in The Nightmare Before Christmas where his BMI (body mass index) creeps up tp 49.9.
He is also on the bigger side in The Snowman and Elf, where his BMI checks in at 45.5 and 44.7, respectively.
