CALEM NIEUWENHOF insists Hearts will use their Ibrox disappointment to fuel their bid to complete a dream double over Celtic.

The Aussie midfielder admitted the Jambos were crushed by the 5-0 hammering by Rangers last week after heading to Glasgow on a 12-match unbeaten run.

The Govan gubbing was a sore one but Hearts are out to repeat their 2-0 win at Celtic Park earlier in the season and rack up two victories over the Hoops in a season for the first time since 2012.

Nieuwenhof said: "The disappointment from the Rangers game definitely gives us extra motivation for this one.

"The Old Firm have so much quality and are dangerous teams. But coming off the pitch at Ibrox we were really disappointed. We went into that game with high hopes.

"To be fair, Rangers played out of their skin, which is a tough challenge. We've really looked at how we played and how we can improve the small parts of the game that cost us.
