GP receptionist shared pics of patient records to 'impress his friends'

A DOCTOR'S receptionist shared patients' medical records to "impress friends".

Arman Vyas was employed by two GP practices where he accessed confidential reports and took screenshots which he sent to others including on social media app Snapchat.

His lawyer claimed Vyas did not think what he did was illegal and he was "encouraged by others" to commit the crime.

He pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.

Jacksons to headline UK summer fest

THE Jacksons are set to return to the UK to headline a music festival. The Motown stars - whose hits include Blame It on the Boogie, I Want You Back and Can You Feel It - will top the bill at Guil- fest on Saturday July 5. Only three members of the original line-up - Jackie, 72, Jermaine, 70, and Marlon, 67 - are still alive after Michael died aged 50 in 2009 and Tito died aged 70 last year. Marlon, Jackie and Tito's son Taryll, 49, will perform at the festival in Guildford, Surrey, which sold out last year when it returned for the first time in a decade. Organiser Tony Scott said: \"It is an absolute priv- ilege to have the legendary Jacksons headlining.\" Razorlight will play the main stage on Sunday.
