A GREEDY pooch underwent life-saving surgery after wolfing down eight rubber duck toys.
Food-obsessed Labrador Benji snuck into the garage at his home in Livingston and devoured the bright yellow bath playthings.
Hours later the fiveyear-old became unwell and vomited up the ducks but continued to be poorly the next day.
His owner Sandra McCreadie rushed him to the vet where it was discovered one of the squeaky toys had become lodged in his bowel.
