DOC SAVED STRINGS STAR'S CAREER
A TOP harp player has paid tribute to the doctor who saved her career after a horror surfing accident left her unable to play.
Pippa Reid-Foster snapped ligaments in her wrist while surfing, suffering excruciating pain which stopped her playing the harp for two years.
However, Dr Iain McGraw, the hand surgeon at Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital, managed to save her hand and her music career with a delicate operation.
