GREGG Wallace's ghostwriter has claimed the MasterChef host sexually harassed her.

Shannon Kyle said the 60-year-old star answered the door wearing only a towel, which he later dropped.

She added that he made sexualised suggestions to her and touched her inappropriately.

Ms Kyle, who was 35 at the time, was working with Wallace on his 2012 memoir Life On A Plate.

Her claims to BBC Newsnight come after several other allegations of inappropriate behaviour were made against Wallace. He strongly denies them all.

MasterChef co-host chef John Torode said the accusations were "awful to hear".

Ms Kyle claims Wallace began by telling her intimate details of his love life. "It was shocking because it was unnecessary for the book," she said.
