HE'LL LIVE TO FIGHT ANOTHER SHAY

BARRY ROBSON has promised Aberdeen will get Shayden Morris over his latest injury hell and back to full speed.

The winger has been ruled out what looks like 10 weeks after hamstring surgery.

The Dons star suffered a similar injury to his other leg last season and came back stronger - now boss Robson insists their medical team will ensure that happens again.

He confirmed: "It's a bad one for Shayden and it looks like it will be 10 weeks.

"He had an operation yesterday and it's frustrating. You could see how well he's done for us since the start of the season.

"We made the change at half-time against Hibs and it was always the plan as we knew he could hurt them so it's frustrating to lose him.

"It's the exact same injury as he had but it's the other hamstring and we wonder if it is a genetic thing.

"What I've said to him is, 'We got you flying after the last one and we'll get you back to that."

Robson used the break to get his non-international stars more aligned to the demands of Scottish football.
