A BOY has died after drowning in a hotel swimming pool in Cyprus while on holiday.
The six-year-old, from Inverness, was found floating unconscious in the pool on October 6 and was rushed to Paphos General Hospital.
Doctors initially praised the first-aid efforts of staff at the hotel for saving the child's life but he has since passed away.
