CELTIC have served more than 10,000 hot meals after throwing their stadium open to help people suffering with the cost-of-living crisis.
The club's charitable foundation launched the Paradise Pit Stop which sees people attend for food and drinks on a Monday and Thursday between 5pm and 7pm.
As well as offering meals, volunteers from the charity and the club help children complete their homework as well as take part in arts and craft activities. They have served 10,120 hot meals and drinks to 5060 individuals in the first seven months of the project.
Paradise Pit Stop has seen those working across Celtic, including first team players, give up their free time to help out.
Organisers want to encourage more people to go along and plan to open up two lunchtime slots in the near future.
The project has also seen the foundation able to offer their support to other schemes, ranging from dementia care to a fuel bank.
Celtic FC Foundation chief executive Tony Hamilton said: "It's vital that we play some part in supporting families and individuals going through challenging times."
