A CAKE shop owner who burst into tears when she saw herself in a swimming costume turned her life around by losing seven stone.
Abby Redmond admits her "rock-bottom moment" came in May 2021 when she caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror.
The 25-year-old, who owns Abby's Cakes and Cupcakes in Bishopbriggs, near Glasgow, decided to take action and signed up with personal trainer Vivienne McLaughlin.
And after a lot of hard work her weight dropped from 21st 1lb to 14st llb.
She said: "I'd always been overweight and kind of thought that was how it was. I never thought I would be thin.
