ON Friday morning, there will be plenty of Scots waking up feeling like it's going to be a struggle to get out of bed and face the world.
That feeling of being exhausted from a week of working long hours but not earning enough to stop worrying about the rent or mortgage.
That feeling of not knowing whether there's enough food in the fridge or whether you can afford to take the kids out at the weekend.
Or maybe it's the feeling that the world is changing and we're not keeping up.
Now imagine turning on the radio and hearing that the Tory Government that caused this chaos will be in power for five more years.
The same gambling Tories that crashed the economy and left ordinary working Scots paying the price as their shopping bills rose and mortgages soared.
The same austerity-backing Tories that cut public services and have taken a wrecking ball to workers' rights, resulting in the scandal that working families are queuing up at food banks just to feed their kids.
The same twofaced Tories that partied through the pandemic while everyone else stayed at home to keep our communities safe.
The Tories that put party before country without ever having any kind of vision for Scotland's future.
It may sound like a nightmare but that's the reality this Friday if Scots don't vote for change.
In the past six weeks, I've joined our candidates around the country everywhere from Troon to Glasgow to Stornoway and while the scenery and conversations may be different, the sense of frustration with the broken status quo is the same.
But I've also been reminded just how much potential this incredible country holds. This election is an opportunity to boot out this rotten Tory government that we cannot afford to miss.
And this is why we need your help.
