CHRIS HUGHES
INHUMANE

UKRAINE slammed Vladimir Putin's terrifying airstrikes on Christmas Day after 106 Shahed "kamikaze" drones and 78 missiles were fired.

One person was killed and more than a dozen were injured but it is feared the toll could rise.

Hundreds of thousands were left in the cold after Ukraine's energy infrastructure was hit, sending people fleeing for shelter.

Ukraine's air force said it intercepted 59 missiles and 54 drones, with 52 more drones jammed.

President Volodymyr Zelensky added: "Putin deliberately chose Christmas for an attack. What could be more inhumane?

Jacksons to headline UK summer fest

THE Jacksons are set to return to the UK to headline a music festival. The Motown stars - whose hits include Blame It on the Boogie, I Want You Back and Can You Feel It - will top the bill at Guil- fest on Saturday July 5. Only three members of the original line-up - Jackie, 72, Jermaine, 70, and Marlon, 67 - are still alive after Michael died aged 50 in 2009 and Tito died aged 70 last year. Marlon, Jackie and Tito's son Taryll, 49, will perform at the festival in Guildford, Surrey, which sold out last year when it returned for the first time in a decade. Organiser Tony Scott said: \"It is an absolute priv- ilege to have the legendary Jacksons headlining.\" Razorlight will play the main stage on Sunday.
