Iran vows Israel revenge after terror leaders killed

THE Middle East is braced for an attack on Israel by Iran after a Hamas leader was killed in a rocket strike while he was in Tehran.

Israel is being blamed for the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh while he was in the capital for President Masoud Pezeshkian's inauguration.

Iran's next move could tip the region towards all-out war with Israel.

Iran's furious Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed: "We see it as our duty to avenge his blood." Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Haniyeh's killing was "despicable".
