JUSTICE FOR P.O.SCANDAL PAIR AT LAST

APPEAL judges have quashed the convictions of two postmasters who were criminalised due to a faulty computer system.

Scotland's second most senior judge Lady Dorrian, who sat with Lord Matthews and Lord Armstrong, formally cleared Susan Sinclair and the late William Quarm of wrongdoing.

The decision came during a hearing at the Court of Criminal Appeal in Edinburgh.
