TV host Kirsty Young should be given the green light to build a lodge on a deserted island on Loch Lomond, an official report has said.
Former Crimewatch presenter Kirsty, 55, and hubby Nick Jones, 58, bought 103-acre Inchconnachan for £1.6 million in 2020.
They plan to demolish a bungalow, build a three-bedroom timber lodge and replace the boathouse.
The proposed development on the location - also known as Wallaby Island due to the marsupials that live there sparked anger with objections being lodged by residents and environmental groups.
