Women aged 19 and 22 were among those involved in the incidents, said to have taken place over the past five years.
Davies denied the allegations but said he was sorry if he had inadvertently caused offence.
Labour said the 63-year-old Swansea West MP has had the whip suspended in Westminster and called the claims "incredibly serious".
A sixth woman is understood to have made a formal complaint about Davies yesterday.
Davies was approached for comment.
