Little Eilish Cowan from Dunfermline has a rare genetic disability shared by around just 200 children in the world.
She has an abnormality in a gene called TUBAIA which means she struggles to walk and is visually impaired. She also has a learning disability.
Her dad Lawrence launched the Our Kids Won't Wait campaign calling on the Scottish Government to introduce a fairer funding deal for charities such as The Yard which support families with disabled children.
Eilish worked her charm to unite opposition parties and get them to offer help to the First Minister.
In a letter to Humza Yousaf, Labour leader Anas Sarwar, Lib-Dem leader Alex Cole-Hamilton and Tory leader Douglas Ross wrote: "We are offering to work with you and the Scottish Government in establishing a fairer funding model to support children with disabilities.
The government said: "We are deeply committed to supporting organisations such as The Yard in their vital work and the First Minister will be visiting later this month to see their outstanding work first-hand.
