ALI PRICE is heading along the M8 on a seasonlong loan in the “national interest” after Glasgow agreed to a shock request from Edinburgh and the Scotland management.
The 30-year-old scrum-half has played 66 times for his country and started their last match against Ireland.
One of his main rivals for the No.9 jersey with both Warriors and Scotland has been George Horne, while Glasgow’s Jamie Dobie just missed out on selection for the World Cup.
So Price’s move will give those two more game time ahead of the Six Nations while bolstering Edinburgh, who have missed crocked Scott Steele.
