Age-detying star makes retum to acting in film about tuming back time and gets to use her scots accent

LULU is to star in her first major film role in 56 years.

And the 74-year-old star is thrilled she will be using her Glaswegian accent, in Arthur's Whisky, "for the very first time".

Lulu, from Lennoxtown, said: "I've acted but never had any training, so I have been taking acting class and enjoying it, and now I've got this film.

"The thrill about this one is I'm Scottish - I'm actually talking in my accent. Back to my roots!" The first-look image sees the Sky Original film's stars - Lulu, Diane Keaton, 77 and Patricia Hodge, 76-walking arm-in-arm.
