ANGRY, disappointed and frustrated. More individual errors and if the same players make the same mistakes then they won't be in the team.

MOVIE SCARS

It's a well-worn message from countless Hibs managers, same old lines, different voices.

I'll get to David Gray in a minute but first an Easter Road dressing-room history lesson.

Bobby Williamson battered open the door after we'd lost 4-1 at home to Dunfermline. A fifth defeat from six to start the 2002-03 season and he shouted: "See you lot, you are going to get me the sack."

I've cleaned up the language but he called individuals out and the following week we went to Celtic as lambs to the slaughter, lost just 1-0 and then won five on the bounce.

A make-or-break moment has arrived at Hibs once again. We should be getting used to these by now.

Gray has come out and had a bit of a blast at the players. He went on the record after the defeat to Celtic at the weekend and it was good to hear.

It's by far the most critical he has been.

His comments about the players making the same old mistakes will have been heard loud and clear inside the dressing room and every new manager has to show who's the boss. It's about making individuals accountable.
