ROSS MATTHEWS admits Falkirk's winning formula is no secret but finding the solution to stop John McGlynn's rampant Championship leaders is easier said than done.
The Raith Rovers midfielder saw the blueprint during a spell working under the Bairns boss at Stark's Park several seasons ago.
And Matthews insists the Kikcaldy side were taken apart by attacking systems which have bamboozled the best.
Three goals and a trademark swashbuckling display by the hosts moved them eight points clear of Livingston at the summit and Matthews believes there was little chance of a repeat of September's home win against the Bairns.
He said: "We knew what they were going to do - they've played against some very good teams who have struggled to stop it. The way they played is the same things they worked on when their manager was at Raith. You look at video every day until it's drilled into you exactly what to do.
"It's really disappointing. We can't have any complaints, they were the better team by miles.
