Rangers won the match 1-0 with Abdallah Sima netting in the second half.
Galloway, of Dennistoun, pled guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and possessing a pyrotechnic without reasonable excuse.
Fleming admitted culpably and recklessly igniting the flare to the danger of other spectators.
Both men were remanded in custody by police who arrested them.
Philip Cohen, for Fleming, told the court his client has a deferred sentence later this month for a separate matter and asked them to be conjoined.
Ian Sievwright, defending Galloway, also asked Sheriff Owen Mullan for a background report on his client.
The matter was deferred to allow for more information surrounding the circumstances to be gathered, and both men were granted bail.
