Hospital chargers take 10 hours but staff fined if they don't move cars in just four

STAFF at a flagship hospital have hit out over a new electric car charge scheme which could see them fined £40.

They face a four-hour time limit for docking their electric vehicle at Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital or they'll be hit with a fine.

But the "crazy" new rule comes despite virtually all chargers at the hospital being super-slow and needing up to 10 hours.
