A BEAUTY queen with the same skin condition as supermodel Winnie Harlow has been crowned Miss Glasgow.
Aimee McKay, who will now go on to represent Scotland in the Miss Great Britain pageant next month, hopes her win will empower others to embrace imperfections.
The 27-year-old, from Fairlie, Ayrshire, who has vitiligo, an autoimmune disorder that causes skin to lose pigment, is delighted she has proved beauty is only skin deep.
