A PERVERT teacher who sexually assaulted a female pupil on school grounds has avoided jail.
Asif Rafiq, 48, lost his job as a technological studies teacher after groping a female student in February last year.
He was found guilty of sexual assault at a trial at Ayr Sheriff Court in April.
