PM PROBE OVER WIFE'S SHARES

RISHI Sunak is at the heart of a fresh Tory standards probe after failing to tell MPs his wife owns shares in a childcare agency given a boost in the last budget.

Sunak failed to mention Akshata Murty's links to Koru Kids when he was grilled by MPs about a new scheme offering £1200 to childminders who train through an agency.

Kuro Kids said on its website that the incentive announced in Jeremy Hunt's budget last month was "great".

During the liaison committee meeting on March 28, Labour MP Catherine McKinnell asked Sunak if he had any interests to declare.
