TRADE unions have slammed the Norwegian developers of Scotland's massive Rosebank oil field-after it emerged its main offshore vessel is being built in Dubai.
Union chiefs including the RMT's Mick Lynch said it was "shocking betrayal of Scotland's workers" to construct Rosebank's Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) platform at a shipyard 4000 miles away.
