David Clews disabled the comments section of his Unity News Network (UNN) operation on Telegram after a torrent of appalling anti-immigration and racist bile was posted from all over the UK.
Clews - based in Renfrewshire - has urged right-wing protesters to keep turning out on the streets, absolving them of blame for riots, despite many already being jailed for violent offences.
He denies being racist but the Record previously exposed him for sharing a platform with notorious extremists, some of whom are now in jail.
The former councillor lives near the Muthu Hotel in Erskine, which became a UK focus for anti-immigrant protest after asylum seekers were housed there.
Clews admitted a "tsunami" of comments were left on the UNN Telegram platform after the recent Southport child murders and ensuing riots in England and Northern Ireland. After shutting down the site's chat, he blamed anonymous individuals and groups.
