A PLUCKY pooch recovered from a rare cancer to win a top prize at Crufts.
Tayto, the smiling Samoyed, won the good citizen" prize at the prestigious dog show.
Delighted owner Diarmuid Sim, from Edinburgh, praised his pet for her courage.
The 13-year-old, a pupil at James Gillespie's High School in the capital, said: "You never really think that your dog is going to get cancer.
"It really hit us but we were with really good vets and through a few surgeries, she kind of won the battle. She was really brave.
