A BRITISH lottery player has come forward to claim a huge &pound;46million EuroMillions prize won on Friday.
Camelot said the ticket holder was one of three to pick the winning numbers, along with people in France and Switzerland.
The trio shared some of the &pound;138,628,153 total jackpot prize from the numbers 03, 08, 18, 34, 49 and lucky stars 03 and 07. It is&nbsp;unknown if the UK winner was an individual or in a syndicate.
Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at The National Lottery, said: "This is absolutely incredible news and we're delighted we've received a claim.
"Our focus is on supporting the&nbsp;ticket-holder through the process and helping them start to enjoy their truly life-changing win." The win, if verified, would be the first by a UK EuroMillions player in 2023.
Six winners won &pound;820million in prize money in 2022.
Carter added: "Players are&nbsp;urged to check their tickets and to give us a call if they think they are one of the lucky winners.
"Thanks to National Lottery players, &pound;30million is generated every week for Good Causes across the country.
