RORY MCILROY suffered finalday heartache again, losing a BMW PGA play-off to Billy Horschel.
This summer, McIlroy has come close at the US Open and the Olympics without winning before being pipped at the post in last week's Irish Open.

At the second play-off hole, McIlroy's eagle putt slid past the cup before the American nailed his 25-footer to win this event for a second time.
