Higgins: Son Pierce gets more attention than me as a social media sensation

SCOTTISH snooker star John Higgins is a four-time world champ.

But the all-conquering tartan potter has revealed more people recognise his TikTok sensation son Pierce when they are out together.

Pierce and pal Lewis Reid make up a hilarious comedy duo and have amassed almost four million likes on their social media page, Jamaica Street since it launched two years ago.

And on the eve of the Scottish Open, which starts today, Higgins said: "I'm being honest, when I go out with him to the football or a meal it's amazing how many people recognise him.
