The crack UK military team has been invited to help Iraq's elite "Golden Division" troops amid fears the network is regrouping in the Middle East.
General Abdul Wahab el-Saadi head of the Iraq Counter-Terror Service said: "We have arranged to have a new team of British -counter-terror experts here to help with our training.
"We are giving up our blood to fight Islamic State, we are on the frontline against this threat and are helping protect countries like the United Kingdom."
It follows his warning last week that his men had uncovered an Isis plot to attack a public gathering in Britain.
Golden Division troops have killed dozens of Isis terrorists in the&nbsp;past few months, working tirelessly to wipe out the threat.
The terror network is taking shelter in the desert and in mountain caves.
But after one attack they discovered evidence Isis in Iraq is communicating with plotters in the UK.
In the next few weeks, UK experts in tackling terrorists will be in Iraq to help local commandos train to hunt down and eliminate the Isis cells.
