AIRBNB guests are paying &pound;20 a night to stay in a caravan suspended in a tree.
Jake Williams, 72, owns the 60s caravan and housed it in a 12ft 6ins Norwegian spruce tree but is tightlipped how he got it there.
After creating the quirky treehouse in the grounds of&nbsp;his home in the village of Rhynie, Aberdeenshire, Jake decided to rent it out.
He said: "It's just an ordinary caravan I used when I was travelling around Scotland for work.
"I decided to turn it into a treehouse where guests can stay. It sleeps two people as&nbsp;there is a double bed but there is a bit of a steep staircase up to the caravan.
"There's no mains electricity and guests use a dry composting toilet on the ground. There are also no shower facilities."
It has been a hit with guests, with one calling the experience "amazing".
