THE heartbroken family of a toddler who was killed after being hit by a car are taking legal action against the driver.
Robyn Knox died after being struck by a blue Nissan Micra in Townhill, near Dunfermline, in August 2020.
The three-year-old, from Cardenden in Fife, was rushed to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy but passed away a short time later. No one else was injured in the crash.
The driver did not face criminal prosecution.
