JK Rowling's Harry Potter book series and EL James's raunchy Fifty Shades trilogy both made the top 25.
The Call of Duty and FIFA video games have been big hits, as have card games Cards&nbsp;Against Humanity and Dobble. Amazon's own Fire TV Stick, Echo Dot and Kindle make the list.
Abba musical Mamma Mia! The Movie was the top-selling DVD.
Andrex Gentle Clean loo rolls, Earth Rated Dog Poo Bags, Duracell Plus AAA batteries and Tassimo Kenco Colombian coffee pods were in demand.
Crocs shoes and Bio-Oil and Garnier Nutrisse Permanent Hair Dye also proved popular.
