HIBS are starting to flex their muscles in the transfer market and it's exciting to see - but there's one big problem that worries me.
Nine summer arrivals is good business and David Gray is getting his own players in. He has no excuses now. He has gone right through the spine of the team and almost every area has been covered by signings.
But my concern is that he desperately needs to get a few out because there are players sitting on nice contracts and not wanting to budge.
He has a squad of Chelsea proportions. They'll need to add another changing room at East Mains at this rate.
That brings problems. It's the result of changing managers so often. New bosses always want to bring in their own players, they don't want to be left with someone else's squad.
