The NHS medic explained: "It was probably caused by the man's perineum being stimulated by the vibrations of the bus (like being on a giant vibrator!)."&nbsp;
Dr Patel added as the buzzing travels to the seat it stimulates nerves, triggering the "parasympathetic nervous system".
