TIMOTH&Eacute;E Chalamet has been warned to stay away from Hull after the Wonka star said he found the accent a turn-on.
The 27-year-old - who plays chocs maker Willy Wonka - revealed his love for the twang, saying: "I like the Hull&nbsp;accent... Hull is sexy!" But comic and TV fave Lucy Beaumont, who comes from the East Yorkshire city, warned him to take care.
The actress, 40, who wrote sitcom Hullraisers, added: "He looks like a very lovely young man and he should stay away from the region or he'll be savaged by middle-aged Hull women." Lucy is baffled as to why he would find the accent attractive.
She went on: "I've had this accent for 40 years and no one has ever told me it's sexy!"
