Shiyan Zering, the firm's beauty and personal care analyst, said: "Work-from-home culture has was allowed opportunities for men to grow out beards comfortably."
A publicity-shy bloke reported to have caused a stir in the Royal Family, with some said to regard his beard as "scruffy".
He has described his whiskers as "like a shield to my anxiety".
