She is obsessed with the creamy condiment and her favourite version is Heinz's Seriously Good Mayonnaise.
Meg adds mayo to every meal even on her&nbsp;morning porridge and gets through three 775g bottles per week, costing her &pound;468 a year.
The support worker of Risca, south Wales, said: "My friends and family think it's hilarious but also disgusting. My partner said&nbsp;he is just used to it and has given up trying to stop me.
"I've had some odd looks in restaurants. For my birthday I received a good few bottles as gifts."
Megan, who does not believe she has an "addiction", added: "I have backup mayo bottles and sachets everywhere.
"I keep a bottle in the car just in case, and I keep sachets in my work bag. If&nbsp;I'm going for dinner at my parents' or sister's house I'm sure to call ahead to check they have mayo.
"There is nothing that makes me happier than a restaurant that has bottles of mayo on the table instead of sachets. I usually have at least six sachets - they never bring you that many."
