&ldquo;Getting them there is a big logistical exercise because they&rsquo;re not easy to catch. It will mean road closures and the help of police and fire brigade.&rdquo;
Cumberland Council said they were &ldquo;working with other agencies to investigate&rdquo; peacock reports.
