CHEERS co-star Ted Danson was last night among celebs paying tribute to Kirstie Alley.
Sitcom legend Kirstie, 71, died following a short cancer battle, her children announced.
Ted, who starred alongside her in her breakout role as Rebecca Howe, for which she won an Emmy and a Golden Globe, said: “I was on a plane today and did something I rarely do. I watched an old episode of Cheers.
