SUB Rasmus Hojlund came to the rescue with two goals to spare the blushes of blunder keeper Andre Onana.
Onana had gifted the Czech side the lead early in the second half by kicking the ball straight to an opponent, who set up the opener for Matej Vydra.
But Hojlund came on to secure a first away win for United in Europe - before having a heated exchange with teammate Amad Diallo at the final whistle.
