MORE than 100 pro-Palestine protests will be held across Britain this weekend, including a series of rallies in London.

Up to half a million people descended on the capital last Saturday for a controversial march which took place amid calls for it to be banned as it clashed with Armistice Day.

Rather than a repeat of a "mega march" in London this weekend there will instead be a series of demonstrations in Hackney, Camberwell, Acton, Harrow, Islington, Lewisham, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.

In Camden, activists are planning a protest outside the office of Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer over his refusal to back calls for a ceasefire in Gaza.

The crisis in Gaza was sparked when Hamas terrorists massacred 1,200 people and took hostages in a rampage across southern Israel on October 7.

More than 11,000 people have been killed in Gaza since then in Israel's war of reprisal, according to the Hamas-run authorities.
