Sara family quizzed by murder police after landing at Gatwick

Urfan Sharif, 41, his partner Beinash Batool, 29, and brother Faisal Malik, 28, left the UK a day before police discovered Sara's body in Woking, Surrey, on August 10.

A post-mortem examination found the youngster had suffered "multiple and extensive injuries" over a "sustained and extended" period of time.

The trio landed at Gatwick airport last night on a flight from Pakistan via Dubai, five weeks after they left Britain.

Pictures showed police boarding the plane and taking them away in hand-cuffs. Sara's mother Olga Sharif has been informed of the development and is being supported by officers, Surrey Police said.
