Air to air missiles capable of shooting down Russian missiles, plus aerial drones and howitzer artillery guns, will all be supplied by Britain to augment American weapons systems being installed to bolster Ukraine’s defences.
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said the new weapons, with more from France, Canada and the Netherlands, were required in response to the indiscriminate strikes” launched by Moscow on Ukraine this week, which continued today with attacks on towns and cities.
