Meanwhile, Jai Hiremath and Sugandha, promoters of Hikal, have disclosed details of family arrangements with the Kalyani family to market regulator Sebi. The Hiremaths have initiated a civil suit in the Bombay High Court, seeking enforcement of obligations under these agreements. They allege that Baba Kalyani has failed to honour commitments regarding the transfer of Hikal shares.
