TRACTORS AND FARM Equipment (TAFE), a leading tractor and farm machinery manufacturer, on Monday announced the elevation of Lakshmi Venu to the position of vice chairman. The move signals a well-defined succession plan at TAFE, which is currently led by her mother, Mallika Srinivasan, who is serving as chairman and managing director. Lakshmi has been a director on the company's board.
