DESCRIBING PAST CONGRESSLED government as "weak and unstable" which failed to checkterror, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that "Modi's strong government" was "killing terrorists after entering their homes (aatankwadiyon ko ghar mei ghus kar mara jata hai)".
He also said that because of his strong government, the Tiranga (tricolour) was now a guarantee of safety even in war zones.
